Brand audit · @coach.kelv

You have already done
the hardest part.

1,194 posts in 45 months. You have never gone quiet for more than 8 days, while serving full time. Almost no coach does that.

This document is about the one thing you have not done: point it at anything.

Every figure here is read from your own account. 1,194 of your 1,198 posts, 99.7% of everything you have ever published, from 2022-12-09 to 2026-08-21. Nothing is estimated and nothing is sampled.

The finding

You do not have a traffic problem.

208,393
different people have watched your content
Across 877,161 plays. That is 124 times your own follower count.
1,674
of them stayed
Everything in this document sits inside the gap between those two numbers.

You have been told, and you believe, that you need more eyes. You have had 208,393 pairs of them. The reach arrived. Nothing was built to hold it, and the posts that travelled had nothing to hold anyone with.

Evidence, one post

55,843 strangers met you here.

Too much fitness content is confusing.

One reel says this. Another says the opposite.

You need 1 or 2 solid coaches who stick to the basics.

Follow for simple, no BS muscle building.

#FactsOverFads #FitnessSimplified #BuildMuscle #NoMoreConfusion #FiberopticFitness

Read it as one of those 55,843 strangers.

It does not say who you are. It does not say who it is for. It never mentions skinny men, or confidence, or you. It asks for a follow and nothing else, and it is tagged with a brand you no longer use.

Nobody left a single comment. Not one question, in front of a town of people.

Finding one

There is no floor under your funnel.

We looked at 14 other coaches selling to the same man. Every one of them sends the link in their bio somewhere that keeps hold of a person: an application form, a booking page, a site they own, a free community.

14 of 14

Yours.
0

What your link actually does today

It opens WhatsApp with this already typed, before a stranger has said a word to you:

Hey Kelvin, I am interested in hearing more about PROJECT CONTROL.

My goals are (insert goal here) and I have been working towards them for (insert time frame here)

The man you want is the one who cannot yet picture himself succeeding. The first thing you ask him to do is write down his goal and how long he has been failing at it, and send it to a stranger. Then it lands in a phone, where it cannot be counted, followed up, or found again.

The one to look at hardest

@jacckhancock

692 followers, fewer than you, from 183 posts against your 1,198. His bio sells your promise, in your words:

I help skinny men build lean muscle and confidence in 90 days. Join the LankToTank Program. DM GUIDE. Free 8 week program.

Same buyer. Same word. What he has that you do not: a method with a name, something free to give away, and a link that keeps people.

And what volume is not

@isaiahyee

25,518 followers from 15 posts.

That is not a fair comparison and we are not going to pretend it is. His audience may have come from another platform, from paid traffic, or from one lucky video, and none of that is visible from outside.

It settles one thing only. Publishing more is not the mechanism. You have published eighty times as much as he has.

Finding two

Half of your posts ask for nothing at all.

584
of your 1,191 posts make no ask of any kind
17
posts have ever asked anyone to apply or book a call
In 45 months. That is one every two and a half months, on the account that is meant to sell your coaching.
324
ask for a DM, which is the one you do well
It is also the one that ends in a chat nobody can count.

The 17 posts that did ask people to apply are your best performing kind of post. Asking works. You almost never do it.

Your worst performing ask is follow me, at a median of 5 likes against your account median of 9. It is what the reel seen by 55,843 people asked for.

Finding three

You doubled the work and the response halved.

February and March 2026 are the two heaviest months you have ever had, 50 and 57 posts. They carry your two worst results.

Some of this is Instagram. Organic reach has fallen for everyone, and we are not going to pretend otherwise.

But the platform does not explain a fall this steep while output doubles, and it does not explain the next page. Whatever share of it is Instagram, the answer to it cannot be more of the same.

Finding four

What you sell performs worst. What you are performs best.

Every one of your 1,191 posts, sorted by topic, each measured against your own median post rather than against anybody else.

The vertical line is your own account median. Anything to the right of it beats your normal post, anything to the left of it loses to it.

Top of the list

General fitness opinion and the RAF. The RAF is the interesting one: it is the only thing on this page that nobody in your category can copy, and you have posted it 59 times in 45 months.

Your burpees at 30,000 feet post has more comments than any other post you have ever published.

Bottom of the list

Your buyer, your promise, and your offer name. Skinny and hardgainer content lands at 0.56x your median. Confidence at 0.67x. "Project Control" at 0.44x, the worst performing thing on your account across 75 posts.

This does not prove skinny men do not want to hear about being skinny. It proves that the way it is being said right now is your weakest work.

Meanwhile the tag you use more than any other, 306 times this year alone, is #fiberopticfitness. The business you left.

Your 2026 tags: #fiberopticfitness (306) #buildmuscle (162) #mensfitness (106) #musclebuilding (84) #skinnytostrong (83)

The part that decides everything

Your goal needs 30 clients. You said you do not have room for 30.

30 clients × £200 = £6,000

Exactly your target, at exactly full capacity, with daily WhatsApp access promised to every one of them, while you are still serving full time until February.

If only volume moves

4x to 10x

more conversations in a single month than you have ever had.

If only conversion moves

8x

better than the rate you convert at today.

If the offer moves

4 to 6

sales in the month. That is the only number on this page a person can picture.

Why the price is the lever

You are priced correctly for something you are not selling.

We read the live pages of 15 UK online coaches. The middle of that market is £183 a month. At £200 you sit in the upper third of it. You are not cheap, and anyone who tells you that you are is wrong.

That is the problem, not the reassurance.

Every one of those 15 sells the same category of thing: a training plan, an app, a weekly check in. You are priced fairly for that, and it is not what you do.

"I guide them out of the dark and show them the inner confident man that they haven't met yet but that I see is in them."

Your words, August 2026

A man does not pay a training plan price for that, and he should not be asked to. From phase two onward your weekly tasks are not training tasks at all. You send a man out to say good morning to three strangers. That is not fitness coaching with a nice side effect. That is the product, and the training is how you get him to do it.

So the move is not a bigger number on the same offer. It is leaving a category you have already outgrown, and being paid for the thing you actually change.

What has to travel with that number is proof, not argument. Your own before and after. The method, named and written down. The confidence practice on paper instead of in your head. The clients who have already lived it. All of that exists. None of it is published.

What you are sitting on

Four things here cannot be bought.

  1. 01

You are the before and the after

65 kilos, and you would not speak in a group. The man you are selling to is living your past. No competitor on that list can copy that, and you have posted your own story 113 times out of 1,194.

  2. 02

The confidence tasks are the real differentiator

The word confidence is the most crowded word in your category. The prescribed weekly practice behind it is not. Nobody in the set we found does anything like it. That is what gets named, not the promise.

  3. 03

    The RAF

Twelve years, loading cargo aircraft, training at 30,000 feet. It already beats your median by 1.44x and you treat it as a side note. It is a positioning nobody can buy their way into.

  4. 04

You will actually do the work

1,194 posts, 45 months, longest silence 8 days, alongside a full time job. Every plan in this document assumes you will execute it, and that assumption is safe. It is not safe with most people.

What happens next

None of this is a content problem.

You do not need to post more. You are already producing more than almost anyone in your category, and it is the one thing you will never struggle with.

You need somewhere for the reach to land, a reason for a man to hand you his name, and an offer priced for what you actually change in him.

This week

Fix the message that greets every lead

One minute of work, and it does not wait for anything else on this page.

Weeks two and three

Name the method, write your story down

Both already exist in your own words. Neither has ever been published.

Week four

Somewhere to land, and something to give

The floor under the funnel that all 14 of them have and you do not.

You spent 45 months proving you will show up. That was the hard part and it is behind you.
